RFR (T) 8220743: [TESTBUG] Review Runtime tests recently migrated from JDK subdirs

Summary: removed tests that will not find bugs in current code base.

See bug for more details.  Tested with mach5 hs tier1-3, to check for 
artifacts in test scripts.
