Integrated: 8259586: ProblemList dll_address_to_function_and_library_name

Trivial fix to ProblemList the dll_address_to_function_and_library_name
subtest in gtest/GTestWrapper.java. This will reduce the noise in the
JDK17 Tier1 testing.
