Hi Joe,

In classfileparser.cpp should this:

else if ((flags & JVM_ACC_STATIC) == JVM_ACC_STATIC) {
       flags &= JVM_ACC_STATIC | JVM_ACC_STRICT;

also be conditional on !major_gte_17?
