RFR: 8273240: Dynamic test ArchiveConsistency.java should use CDSArchiveUtils

Please review the simple fix to simplify the test case appcds/dynamicArchive/ArchiveConsistency.java to use CDSArchiveUtils, which was added in JDK-8271419.
