Sorry I've re-evaluated things. I thought that @YaSuenag was saying that setting foldmultilines multiple times for the same file was also allowed at present and needing to be fixed. But it isn't. So I agree with Ioi that this needs to be fixed for stdoput/err as part of this PR.

I also noticed that the state of foldmultilines is not reported with UL's own logging e.g.
