Looks good. One nit below.
src/hotspot/share/cds/archiveHeapLoader.hpp line 144:

This is already inside the `#if INCLUDE_CDS_JAVA_HEAP` block. So the `NOT_CDS_JAVA_HEAP_RETURN` seems redundant.
