RFR: 8301448: [BACKOUT] CodeHeap has virtual methods that are not overridden

We are seeing massive failures with the Serviceability Agent tests after integration of this change and therefore need to back out out. I'll follow up with details in the [REDO](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8301447).
