The [commit](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/14959/commits/36c8051fb4291cafd701fb619bf366e194ab870e) simplifies:

- `DynamicArchive::setup_array_klasses()`;
- changes in `dumpTimeClassInfo.cpp` are now handled in `ArchiveBuilder::is_excluded()`.
