I have created [JDK-8317789](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8317789) for the error we're currently facing on AIX with runtime/jni/terminatedThread/TestTerminatedThread.java and opened PR #16114 to update the test exclusion. Please check whether that's the same type of error that you're seeing.
