[jdk22] RFR: 8324074: increase timeout for jvmci test TestResolvedJavaMethod.java

A trivial fix to increase the default timeout for
compiler/jvmci/jdk.vm.ci.runtime.test/src/jdk/vm/ci/runtime/test/TestResolvedJavaMethod.java
to 240 seconds.
