I'm afraid this issue will never get resolved. Why? You mute the test and the related bug was auto-closed quite a while ago due to inactivity.

If there are no plans to analyze and fix the bug, you should update the test such that it is not run on s390x (plus add an explaining comment). Do I like that? No.
