RFR: 8344293: Remove empty MetaspaceUtilsGtests.java

MetaspaceUtilsGtests.java was emptied out with JDK-8305895. The reason for this was that these tests are now running under the common gtest title "metaspace" and therefore are executed as part of the normal metaspace gtests. 

The file should be removed.

Trivial change.
