RFR: 8354329: Rewrite runtime/ClassFile/JsrRewriting.java and OomWhileParsingRepeatedJsr.java tests

Rewrote JsrRewriting and OomWhileParsingRepeatedJsr tests so that are not using jar files, but instead jasm.
