[jdk24] RFR: 8348515: Add docs for -XX:AOT* options in java man pages

This pull request contains a backport of commit [46f48e4e](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/commit/46f48e4e3d5dd4506c77cda1b01b9c008cb6a738) from the [openjdk/jdk](https://git.openjdk.org/jdk) repository.

The commit being backported was authored by Ioi Lam on 28 Jan 2025 and was reviewed by Andrew Dinn and Vladimir Kozlov.

(After this PR is integrated into 24, I will create another backport PR for [JDK-8348890](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8348890) that fixes some issue in this current PR).
