Not sure if it's worth this complication for the test. I have this setting in `/etc/systemd/system.conf` for that reason:


$ grep DefaultTasksMax /etc/systemd/system.conf
DefaultTasksMax = 31000


Maybe we could amend the failure message instead to add this config?
