I introduce it with #28409 / [JDK-8372241](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8372241) which this PR depends on. So it is not in mainline yet.

So I'll make sure to add the bug issues to the list. I had not filed the bug reports when I created the problem lists. I'll push an update with the linked bug ids to PR #28409
