I'm not sure, I came across this file as well and could not determine if it was an old artefact or not. I had a look at the log message and cross-referenced with HotSpot, and I also went digging in the commit messages, but I could not find anything fruitful. Considering it uses a wildcard and does not reference `sun.reflect.ConstantPool` or `jdk.internal.reflect.ConstantPool` leads me to believe this might be something else, most likely dead code. Many tiers of tests pass. I'm happy to open an issue if you think it's worth looking into.
