<i18n dev> i18n-dev Digest, Vol 33, Issue 2

Hello All,

I have a requirement that translate the number (123) to scientific standard
text (one hundred and twenty three)

But right now there is no such API available in JDK.

Is it valid requirement?

Please let me know
