This error message is coming from jtreg:

ACTION: main -- Error. Error while cleaning up threads after test
REASON: User specified action: run main Bug6989440

so it needs to be investigated by jtreg folk. I suspect however that it 
may be related to trying to interrupt the threads due to a timeout.
