The only outstanding issue in this bug is for Swedish. The issue was 
translation of "files" was missing at the end of the Usage text.
usage pattern:
      en: Usage: jar {ctxui}[vfm0Me] [jar-file] [manifest-file] 
[entry-point] [-C dir] files ...
      sv: Syntax: jar {ctxui}[vfm0Me] [jar fil] [manifestfil] 
[startpunkt] [-C-katalog] ...
