Should "[options]" and "alias..." in the second one be translated as well?

+                "用法: jarsigner [选项] jar-file 别名"},
          {".jarsigner.verify.options.jar.file.alias.",
                  "       jarsigner -verify [options] jar-file [alias...]"},

In addition, <file> should be translated to <文件> in the following? 
Other <file>'s are translated.

   67         {".certchain.file.name.of.alternative.certchain.file",
   68                 "[-certchain <file>]         替代 certchain 文件的名称"},
