Hello,

This is a JEP to support the latest version of Unicode in JDK 9.
I'd appreciate your comments/suggestions on:

If I don't receive objections within this month, I'll submit this JEP
to JEP submit alias.

Note that this is still a draft, and no detailed information about spec
is included at this moment.
