This doesn't seem right to me to put x11wrappergen into share.

This is X11 specific. It should not be in share.

Same for all of the fontconfig files. In make/data it did not seem too weird but it is very weird to put them all in share. If you were to go back and look how it used to be before someone moved them to make I am sure you'd find them in platform specific source directories.
