@naotoj You are right regarding "cu"; updated the PR as such. I am wondering if NumberFormat should also mention "cu" as well then under its own Unicode Extensions section, (which I can include in this change).

Let me know if the new wording changes make sense to you, or if you have a different way of implying that "nu" and "cu" both have priority over "rg" for their respective values.
