JSR 384 (Java SE 11) -- Final Release Specification, RI, and TCK -- DRAFT

Hi.

The draft Final Release Specification is available here:

It is identical to DRAFT 10 with the exception of subtitles which were
changed from "Specification -- DRAFT 10" to "Final Release
Specification -- DRAFT".

The draft Reference Implementation, based on JDK 12 build 28, is
available here:

    http://jdk.java.net/java-se-ri/11

The RI is under the GPL license.

The draft TCK has already been made available to EG members.  The most
recent promotion is build 13, based on JDK 11 build 28.  The final TCK
is expected soon thereafter.  No significant changes are expected
between the builds.

I plan to submit this to the JCP PMO for the Final Approval Ballot at
the end of this week with the ballot beginning next week.
