JSR 389 (Java SE 14) Specification -- DRAFT 36

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following changes from PR:

    - Spec, section 1 "Summary": Added second sentence describing release
      contents

    - Spec, section 2 "Structure":
        o Text indicating tentative feature set removed

    - Spec, section 4 "Component JSR Specifications":
        o Added link to JSR 369 MR 8

    - Annexes 1 and 2: Updates based on build 36

    - Annex 3: Added final PDFs for JLS and JVMS (no substantive changes since
      PR)

    - Annex 4: Added 19 Jan 2020 Addendum [0] to Serialization Spec changes

The Public Review Final Approval Ballot was unanimously approved on 24 Feb
2020 [1]. 

DRAFT 36 will likely be declared the FR DRAFT.  At this point the only
anticipated differences will be for subtitles.  The next JCP milestone is FR,
scheduled for mid-March.
