JSR 393 (Java SE 18) Specification -- DRAFT 33

Hi.

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following changes:

    - Spec, section 2 "Structure": Remove final paragraph which indicated that
      the feature set was tentative

    - Annexes 1 - 11: Updates based on build 33

We have posted PR (based on build 31) on jcp.org [0] with a review period
ending 21 February.  PR-FAB will immediately follow [1].
