JSR 398 (Java SE 23): JEP Proposed to Target: 467: Markdown Documentation Comments

The following JEP with scope "SE" has been proposed to target JDK 23:

  467: Markdown Documentation Comments

  Summary: Enable JavaDoc documentation comments to be written in
  Markdown rather than solely in a mixture of HTML and JavaDoc @-tags.

The announced deadline for feedback to jdk-dev is Sat 4 May 23:59 UTC:

If there are no unresolved objections at that time, then the JEP will be moved
to the Targeted state, indicating that the feature is expected to appear in
