JSR 398 (Java SE 23) Specification -- DRAFT 36

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following:

    - Annexes 1 - 11:
        o Update based on build 36

We have posted PR (based on build 31) on jcp.org [0] with a review period
