JSR 399 (Java SE 24) Specification -- DRAFT 36

Hi.

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following:

    - Annexes 1 - 2, 4 - 11:
        o Update based on build 36

    - Annex 3:
        o Add final PDFs for JLS and JVMS

We have posted PR (based on build 31) on jcp.org [0] with a review period
ending 24 February.  PR-FAB will immediately follow [1].
