We will be providing links for the specification build artifacts soon; 
these will include the full JDK specification, plus redlined differences 
against both the previous build and the previous release, under an E&C 
license.

Also, I call your attention to JEP 286 
(https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8151454), which has already 
proceeded to the "Targeted" stage.  (Ideally this would have been 
discussed in the EG when it was transitioned to proposed-to-target, but 
the EG had not yet been formed, so we can do this now.)  The JLS spec 
changes (which will eventually be part of the automated bundles, but is 
not yet) can be found at:

The feature is already integrated to the RI (for the brave, there is 
already IntelliJ support under the "X - Experimental" language level, if 
you want to test drive it.)
