JSR 391 (Java SE 16) Specification -- DRAFT 36

Hi.

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following changes:

    - Annexes 1 and 2: Updates based on build 36

    - Annex 3: Added final PDFs for JLS and JVMS

PR has ended [0].  The next JCP milestone, PR-FAB, will begin Tue 16 Feb.

FR is expected in early March.  Since the list of JDK 16 Release Candidate
Bugs [0] is currently empty, either DRAFT 36 or a very similar future DRAFT 37
may be declared the FR DRAFT.
