JSR 393 (Java SE 18) Specification -- DRAFT 36

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following changes:

    - Annexes 1 -  11: Updates based on build 36

We have posted PR (based on build 31) on jcp.org [0] with a review period
