JSR 394 (Java SE 19) Specification -- DRAFT 31 / PR DRAFT 1

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following:

    - Annex 1 - 11: Updates based on build 31


DRAFT 31 is designated as PR DRAFT 1:

The only difference between DRAFT 31 and PR DRAFT 1 is the subtitle change
from "Specification -- DRAFT 31" to "Public Review Specification -- DRAFT 1".

The next JCP milestone is PR, scheduled for July 2022.  As usual with
milestones, we'll take a snapshot of the current Specification and submit it
for publication.  I anticipate PR submission to the PMO mid-July, for
publication later that month.
