JSR 395 (Java SE 20) Specification -- DRAFT 31

Hi.

A draft of the Specification is available here:

This draft includes the following:

    - Spec, section 2, "Structure" and section 4, "Component JSR
      Specifications": Remove text indicating that features and MRs
      are tentative

    - Spec, section 4, "Component JSR Specification":
	o Remove reference to JSR 199 MR (no MR needed for this release)
        o Add reference to JSR 269 MR 14

    - Annex 1 - 11: Updates based on build 31


PR is eminent with a review period expected to end mid-February.  PR-FAB will
immediately follow. [1]
