RFR: 8212233: javadoc fails on jdk12 with "The code being documented uses modules but the packages defined in $URL are in the unnamed module."

We're close to a new release of the javadoc-maven-plugin, which will have  
support for javadoc with the modular system.

This would be a good moment to verify if it works as expected:
