RFR (S): 8217773: Test langtools/jdk/javadoc/doclet/testLinkOption/TestRedirectLinks.java fails after JDK-8217034

Hi Christoph,

Looks good to me and fixes the problem. I’m not sure whether the purpose of the original link was to have a verbatim <a> HTML tag, but that seems to be covered by the other links in that test.
