OpenJDK "Compiler Group" page updated

FYI,

I've updated or deleted some of the more egregiously obsolete content on
the OpenJDK Compiler Group page, and broadened the description of the
page to specifically include javadoc and javap as well. [1]

I've also linked in two recent new documents,
