This does work for this test and tests that fail before.
However, this will make some other tests fail, e.g.
test/hotspot/jtreg/compiler/jvmci/TestInvalidJVMCIOption.java
`JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS` will produce a message in stderr, it seems there is no way to suppress it.
