I don't see a reason why this change should occur since there was no corresponding change in the original file for this time frame. Is the change just reverting "non-private" and "private"? We might just spot revert this change here (and still notify the translation team).

"`中未找到非专用零参数构造器\n请从现有构造器中删除 private`" might be better than the original translation, since `private` remains untranslated. Otherwise reverting back to the original is fine with me as well.
