Bug -- Page jumps around randomly when moving the mouse over search results

Here are steps to reproduce.

   1. In your browser (I am using Firefox), go to this url --
   https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/25/docs/api/search.html?q=list
   2. Starting from the top of the screen going down, slowly move your
   mouse over the class names on the results (without scrolling). Don't click
   or press anything, just move your mouse, hovering over the results.
   3. Once you get to the bottom of the browser window, the page will
   randomly jump.

If it doesn't show up the first time, zoom out to 90% and reattempt the
above steps, and again for 80%.
