As I was playing with `VirtualParser` some more, it occurred to me that storing end positions in the AST (and getting rid of the pos table) is a significant advantage in that setup, as we won't have to pay for "merging" different end pos tables (e.g. that of the VirtualParser with the one of the parent JavacParser).
