RFR: added handling of zips, implants [v4]

Alexandre Iline has updated the pull request incrementally with four additional commits since the last revision:

 - bunch of cleanup
 - Straightened the module instrumentation.
 - Revering to plugin to get name out of the module-info
 - JREInstr is working, unhappy with the abstraction.
