jcstress tests

In the past, when I built tests-all, there were over 11000 tests.  Yesterday, I built tests-all and ran them overnight, and was surprised to see that there were only just over 6000 tests, although there were both a large number of forks and interations.

Have tests been deleted, restructured, or do they now live somewhere else.  I notice that there are a lot more jcstress.jar files than from earlier builds.  Do these now have to be run separately, even though they were created as part of a tests-all build?
