RFR: CODETOOLS-7903059: jcstress: Rehash samples

There are a few problems in current samples:
  - They are weirdly structured
  - Some samples do not match the usual format
  - There are samples with ACCEPTABLE_INTERESTING where FORBIDDEN should have been
