Please don't, I think the repository as linked by Frederic can be used 
for development and testing purposes just fine.

Third-parties publishing development versions of ADBA to maven central 
will only lead to confusion and ten years down the line people still 
relying on those artifacts.

Maven central should only be used for release-ready artifacts, and given 
release-ready in the case of ADBA means inclusion in Java itself, it 
should not land on Maven Central at all.
