I hereby nominate Priya Lakshmi Muthuswamy to JDK Committer.

Priya is part of the Langtools team since May 2017 and has made many
contributions to JDK 9 and 10.  Prior to Oracle, Priya worked
at Dell EMC for 10 years and has a patent related to cloud based
information retrieval[1].

I have included 10 of the the most significant change sets.

Votes are due by December 22, 2017.
