CFV: New JDK Reviewer: Roman Kennke

I hereby nominate Roman Kennke (rkennke) to JDK Project Reviewer.

Roman is a member of the OpenJDK Members group and has contributed 57
changesets[1] to the JDK project. This includes contributions to the
Shark JIT, 2d graphics, AArch64 runtime and JIT, core JVM runtime, and
GC implementation and interface. Roman is also a prolific contributor to
the Shenandoah project and has been responsible for liasing with the ZGC
team to enable merging of Shenandoah and ZGC into the upstream JDK code
base.
