jtreg FAQ updates

I've updated the jtreg FAQ, with more details, and more questions, based 
on all the feedback I've received this past week.

You can see the published FAQ [1], or, for those that want to see more 
detail on the changes, and who don't mind reading Markdown changes, you 
can see the recent changesets [2].
