Why do "Oracle JDK 10 builds" not support AppCDS?

But ... jdk-10+43 is a release candidate and so should be suitable as the
final GA binary.  Accordingly, jdk-10+43 reports
java full version "10+43"
while +42 reports
java full version "10-ea+42"
